Kev's Kitchen Rules.
Our name replicates Keval’s London restaurant K’s Lounge. As we have four unique lounge spaces to enjoy here in our Springhead restaurant, we feel the name is a perfect fit. Our families originate from East Africa and North India which inspired the basis of our traditional homecooked Desi dishes. Executive Chef Keval has designed our contemporary fusion menu to cater for all tastes, bringing together flavours from India, Africa and China.
All our dishes are prepared fresh and made to order in house with the highest quality ingredients, herbs and spices. Front of house is led by Sasi who oversees the team that provide a genuine friendly Indian welcome, making sure every guest feels at ease and ensuring excellent levels of service.
